The problem
Domain portfolios sprawl. Names get registered across Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Porkbun by different people at different times, each behind its own login. Nobody has a single list, renewal dates live in whichever inbox the confirmation landed in, and a missed one takes a live service - or an email domain - offline. The same blind spot hides misconfigured SPF and DMARC records, and domains left without a transfer lock.
