Microsoft Entra Monitor
Continuous monitoring of Microsoft Entra secret and certificate expiries - and directory storage - before they cause an outage.
The problem
App registration client secrets, certificates, and other Microsoft Entra credentials expire silently - and when they lapse, integrations and sign-ins break with no warning. Native tooling scatters this across many blades, offers no single view of what is about to expire, and gives no early warning as directory objects and storage grow. The result is avoidable, self-inflicted outages.
What It Does
- Continuous tracking of app registration and enterprise application secret and certificate expiries across the tenant
- Early, tiered alerting ahead of expiry - email and Microsoft Teams notifications, not a dashboard you have to remember to check
- Monitoring of Microsoft Entra directory object counts and storage against service limits and quotas
- A single expiry and health dashboard across one or many tenants
- Read-only Microsoft Graph access with least-privilege application permissions
- Deployed into your own Microsoft Azure subscription and defined as infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
Outcomes
- Credential expiries surfaced and actioned before they take a service down
- One place to see what is expiring, and when - across every tenant
- Early warning as directory storage and object counts approach limits
- No standing high-privilege access - monitoring runs read-only
Who It's For
- Organisations running business-critical integrations on Microsoft Entra app registrations
- Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) tracking expiries across many tenants
- Platform and security teams that want expiry monitoring in their own tenant, not a third-party service
Deployment & Licensing
Self-hosted in your own Microsoft Azure tenant and defined as infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), running on serverless infrastructure that scales down when idle. A one-off fixed-price setup from £2,500 / $3,200, plus an optional monthly support-and-updates subscription from £150 / $190. Guarantee: if a monitored credential expires before an alert reaches you, the setup fee is refunded. Now in limited release - we onboard a small number of estates while the last features land, so the first cohort shapes the roadmap and gets founder pricing.

Most engagements start with a no-cost posture audit against the baselines that matter to you. If a fixed-fee roadmap is the right next step, we'll say so - and if it isn't, we'll say that too.
